The office manager here, Lela, blamed me for her team's mistake. After I rescheduled at another location, she contacted the other Block office manager, and had them cancel my appointment. She requested that they have me reschedule with her office. This was frustrating as I had to reschedule again with the other office. Based on my experience with this manager, I would strongly recommend against scheduling appointments at this location.
