If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. Kenneth was a great tax advisor and never had ANY issues. However this year I was assigned a new tax advisor. She was a nice person but not great at her job, the professionalism was severely lacking by her and her office manager Paul. I have been MORE than patient with them. I still have not received my refund after six months of filing, I was reaching out for help multiple times.
