I really love the office in Portage on Lovers Lane! Everyone there is extremely helpful! It’s free to ask questions and you make or change appointments easily. They can even review your financial wellness and give tips for a better year next year! It’s not just doing taxes anymore. If you haven’t downloaded the MyBlock app I highly recommend it too, It shows your return status, lets you send messages to a tax professional anytime and even goes over new tax laws like the big beautiful bill!

Horrible experience, no one ever showed for the appointment, they continued to delay me and then were nonresponsive. I would definitely not recommend using the Lovers Lane branch, it is a clown show.
Tena Johnson at H&R Block is so very professional and friendly and efficient. She always goes the furthest to get me the best tax refund. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a tax professional!
