I am not a fan of how expensive tax returns have become. Let alone the confusion made out of our tax system. At least when I come here I feel protected and informed with the best plan and advice I can receive for taxes. Thank you for your expertise and professional help. I will trust you even when I'm retired abroad. This team keeps me ahead of the game each year.
My appointment was rescheduled by four hours without the basic professional courtesy of a direct email or phone call to confirm my availability or discuss an alternative time. Unfortunately, I arrived at the office expecting the original appointment time to be honored. To make matters worse, the rescheduled appointment—set at the advisor’s convenience—was further delayed throughout the day, demonstrating a continued lack of respect for my time. Very disappointed.
They’re very disorganized. My appointment was changed twice without my knowledge until I walked into the building at my original appointment. I was told someone would reach out to me later that day to straighten things out and I never received a call. I had to reach out the next day and the receptionist was very rude and told me my date to speak with someone was changed again. When I explained this has already happened twice she didn’t voice any concern or offer a solution.
