Worst experience ever. From over charging to misspelling my name it was a complete joke. ZERO professionalism. At first no contact from the preparer just an email stating approve. I would not use this office if they paid me. I do not understand how an office can be run so poorly. Regional management had to get involved for me to get answers to my basic questions. Use this office, and worry that your taxes aren't filed correctly. ZERO quality control.
