Don't waste your time with them, they never answer the phone, they're never in the office, they miss scheduled appointments, they lie to you, absolutely outrageous, what a waste of time. Every year I send my documentation the very first day I receive it, and every time they make me wait until the last day of the extension date to fill my taxes! Stay away from them
Another quick and easy year of filing taxes with Block.
Complete flakes. I set up an appointment for a phone consult and they never called me at the scheduled time. I called to find out what happened and they told me someone in the office cancelled the appointment w/out my knowledge. I did end up talking with someone and went over all my details and that person was going to send me a link to upload tax documents but never did. I emailed to remind them to send me the link but days later still have not received any response.
