I purchased the " Peace of Mind" program to ensure that if H&R Block made a mistake on my taxes, they woukd fix them free of charge. The IRS came after me for over $300,000 which went up in to the $400,000 with fines. The IRS actually owes me 3 years of returns which they took because the proper forms werent sent in. Rick Tronicelli looked over my taxes and tried to charge me for his time. I called every weekly and then monthly to see if he had fixed my taxes.
