Not a good experience here. The tax preparer's submission of an electronic state tax return was rejected. When I inquired about next steps, the tax preparer did not respond on time. I was hit with a penalty and the tax preparer failed to refund me. I am taking my business somewhere else next year.
Armando did a very poor job. He was very slow to respond to emails, and he made many mistakes in the return. It was so bad we had to ask him to NOT file our returns and found someone else to manage our taxes. We found a certified accountant to do our taxes (which cost basically the same price as H&R Block), and she identified many mistakes in Armando's work.
