Very professional and friendly
I used H&R Block for several years but cannot trust them anymore. About a month ago, I got a text message saying an in-person appointment had been set up for me. At the time, I assumed it was a spam text & deleted it. A few days ago, I logged into my H&R Block account to contact my preparer in Arlington VA.
