I have used this service for a number of years and they were good. For the 2022 tax year, they made a major error on my return which had me overpay taxes by over $20K . I found that error myself several months after they filed and had them refile my taxes . I still 2 years later haven't received my refund from the IRS. The manager wasn't pleasant to deal with and said other than providing me a refund for what i paid them, there is nothing more they can do or want to do.
