Went to have my business taxes done on Saturday. This year with Sheila as my schedule doesn’t aline with Valerie (who did them last year). When I got there Sheila was cold from the start and brought me back to her office. When i pulled out my paperwork she saw my packet from last year with “Val” written on it and she said…”nope” not touching these taxes….. You need to see Valerie. Then proceeded to usher me to front desk to get me re- scheduled with Valerie in a “made up time slot” that doesn’t exist and would put a sticky n... read more

Sandy is absolutely fantastic. She completely calmed my tax anxiety and was incredibly knowledgeable and diligent.
