I was an H and R block customer for years. This year I made a morning virtual appointment with a tax pro and they didn’t show up. It wasn’t until I called that they told me they double booked, and chose to serve the other client. At no point did they reach out to me telling me of this error. I had to call and take initiative to get an additional appointment. They scheduled me for the end of the day, did not relay any questions to my portal, and were rushed.
Decided to change my review. My tax professional was helpful when speaking to me about my taxes, I stand by that. However, there were some errors in my taxes which cost me extra money, and I'm now being ignored and unsupported with my requests for assistance. It took them a month to get to my first amendment, and it's been another month since they've ignored my request for a second one (which they knew about since day 1). Excellent, professional, effective. A bit pricey if you are low income, but the pricing is fair. I recommend.
Kevin is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Especially if you have foreign income, or a complex situation, I’d highly recommend his services. He’s very thorough and will take the time to help you understand everything.
