Horrible. I bought 'peace of mind' and Beth Butera put in a Wells Fargo routing number instead of Chase Bank. I tried to correct it with her, but she disregarded it. I filed a BBB complaint, but H and R Block blew it off. Now, I am in the process of filing a small claims court case. All over 250 bucks in late fees because Beth put in the wrong routing number. Again, I sent her a message to correct it to no avail. Absolutely LOUSY customer service.
Frank was simply the best, yet again, for taking care of my family’s taxes for the second year in a row. Thank you, sir!
