Don't waste your time. This place and it's employees are just clueless. The second you walk in the door it's just blank stares and nothing they can do to help. I had an appointment scheduled with Jim that I made over the phone months in advance. I show up and they had moved me to a different tax person that I did not want to deal with. Oh and the response "you're not giving this other guy a chance." I didn't want anyone else besides who I scheduled way in advance for.
Ms. Minnie Dogan, went out of her way, to help my son. She was so courteous, and carefully help us understand what we needed to know. Everything came out accurate for my son tax refund. Thank You Ms. Dogan for helping our son before he going back on duty.
