This Year, in March 2026, I tried scheduling twice with this location. Both times, my tax preparer (Nick) failed to show up for our meeting. When I finally reached him, about an hour after we were supposed to meet the 2nd time, his response was, "Oh, my bad." No apology, no admittance of a mess-up. How unprofessional & rude! I left, walked right into the H&R Block location at Arapahoe Ave. & Parker Rd., booked an appt. for the following week, they were there when I got there & completed my taxes, no issue. This was the worst tax experience I have ever had. What would have cost me $30 to do at home I paid $400 for with no value added. The tax advisor knew about as much about taxes as I do, and that isn't saying much. The commercials for H & R block also talk about a free review of the previous few years of taxes for new customers and that was never offered either. When we were getting our taxes done, another employee came in and said "your next client is ready" as well. We already felt like we weren't getting any real help with... read more

Be careful. The charge you extra per schedule so if you own house pay more, a car okay more, and investments. 99 dollars on line was over $500 charged. Do not waste money on block.
