I would leave no stars if I could. My husband and I went in to file jointly for the first time and were treated horribly by Dale. He made us feel so belittled and kept scoffing at the fact that we didn’t understand what he was saying, when we came in for tax advice in first place. He questioned every single write off my husband had and took 20 mins to find “handouts” about business lunches. An absolute waste of our time and energy. Do not go to Dale he is a tempered and unhelpful man.

This would be zero stars if possible. They did my 2021 taxes and made a mistake by entering the incorrect state withholding amount. Mistakes happen, but the way it has been handled is inexcusable. The State sent me notification of the error/discrepancy in January of 2023. I looked at the returns and was able to find the specific error and went into the branch to have it resolved. They agreed, and we contacted the state to confirm the error so they could provide me a bill of what was owed including fees and interest. I payed ... read more
