Worst professional experience of my life. Met with their "Tax Expert" with 15 years of tax prep experience. She carelessly failed to include all financial information which I had uploaded to the MyBlock portal. Kept forgetting to scroll through each upload to ensure all the provided info had been captured on the return. MIS-REPORTED income on our NJ return which understated our income by OVER 50%. Great professional environment with knowledgeable tax experts where they make you feel confident, comfortable and appreciated. Patiently they will explain the whole process, best tax deductions and offer any products you may need for your own peace of mind. I have being filling my taxes through this company for last 15 years at least. Highly recommend it
Waste of time, I definitely do not recommend! Specifically called the office to find an advisor who does payroll withholding, who can help with completing a form. The receptionist said, Yes Debbie does payroll withholding, made an appt. When I got there Debbie said I have no clue, I have Intuit do my payroll, sorry. Wish they would have said that before my long drive there. Total waste of my time!
I needed help with information on my 2023 and 2024 state taxes. Alex stayed on the phone with me and gave me all the figures that I need. I appreciated her time in finding the info I needed. Great customer service even not during tax “season”.
