Waste of time, I definitely do not recommend! Specifically called the office to find an advisor who does payroll withholding, who can help with completing a form. The receptionist said, Yes Debbie does payroll withholding, made an appt. When I got there Debbie said I have no clue, I have Intuit do my payroll, sorry. Wish they would have said that before my long drive there. Total waste of my time!
I needed help with information on my 2023 and 2024 state taxes. Alex stayed on the phone with me and gave me all the figures that I need. I appreciated her time in finding the info I needed. Great customer service even not during tax “season”.
The price/fee to file my return is too high (although I was comfortable with my H&R Block advisor). Also, ithe cost virtually wiped out the NJ state tax refund I was going to get!
