The price/fee to file my return is too high (although I was comfortable with my H&R Block advisor). Also, ithe cost virtually wiped out the NJ state tax refund I was going to get!
My tax specialist never bothered to show up. I set an appointment for 9am, showed up 10 minutes early, and left after just sitting in the waiting room. No confirmation call/email prior and a no show for the appointment. Very disappointed. Extremely unprofessional.
