Terrible front desk lady … she was a bit passive aggressive and dismissive. I came in to ask questions before booking and she was just mono tone , and dismissive. She really acted like she didn’t want to be there .. 0/10 won’t be filing here just cause of that . Maybe you all should get some friendlier front desk people that won’t scare off new comers .

Terrible greeting from front desk. She did not acknowledge me when i came in. Someone else came in as a walk in and he was escorted to the back immediately to a tax pro. While I had a scheduled appointment with Bryant Ray. The front desk called Bryant Ray and I assume he told her he wasn’t coming in. Front desk then goes to the back. Wild pricing that’s not transparent at all - it wasn’t disclosed to us until the very end that the “extra” forms which we could’ve filled out ourselves were an average of $100 extra. Our tax preparer made several mistakes during the process and clearly didn’t understand our situation or concerns. Highly advise using a different service without predatory pricing.
