Terrible greeting from front desk. She did not acknowledge me when i came in. Someone else came in as a walk in and he was escorted to the back immediately to a tax pro. While I had a scheduled appointment with Bryant Ray. The front desk called Bryant Ray and I assume he told her he wasn’t coming in. Front desk then goes to the back. Wild pricing that’s not transparent at all - it wasn’t disclosed to us until the very end that the “extra” forms which we could’ve filled out ourselves were an average of $100 extra. Our tax preparer made several mistakes during the process and clearly didn’t understand our situation or concerns. Highly advise using a different service without predatory pricing.
I had some tax debt back in 2015. I didn’t file taxes for two years. I met Wendy Corder in 2017 & she literally saved me. She filed my previous years, and she got me all caught up to my current year. Here it is 2025 & now she files my business taxes for me. She was located in Mesquite when we met, however she has been in Irving ever since! 7 consecutive years later, she is very consistent! Did not help me with write offs but did charge me for there services that were mediocre.
I filed my taxes with my kids' W7 forms at another H&R Block office, but the W7 forms were rejected. Since I didn't have enough time to get an appointment at the IRS office (as advised by the other H&R Block office) before returning to India, I called H&R Block customer care. They suggested I approach Wendy, who is near my location. I went to Wendy, and she understood my problem. She asked me to get extra documents from my kids' school and took care of the rest herself.
