The tax pro has had my taxes sense 03.02 and all the documents sense the 03.09. I'm still waiting on my taxes to be completed. I'm being told documents won't open or aren't there. I have filled out documents or sent emails and then get asked the same questions a week later. I went into an H&R by my house and that tax pro could find all the documents there, including the ones I was told weren't there. First off the staff was friendly and professional no complaints there. My complaints are with H&R Blocks pricing. Almost $500 for a not complicated return is ridiculous. It's my fault I waited till the last minute and the tax preparer I used in the past was booked solid. He would have charged me less than $150 for the same return. Never again!
Absolutely good customer service, I was very pleased with the service.
