First off the staff was friendly and professional no complaints there. My complaints are with H&R Blocks pricing. Almost $500 for a not complicated return is ridiculous. It's my fault I waited till the last minute and the tax preparer I used in the past was booked solid. He would have charged me less than $150 for the same return. Never again!
Absolutely good customer service, I was very pleased with the service.
