Deane needs no introduction, as probably half of the glowing reviews here are about her. She was extremely helpful and was out to not just do her job, but to help me file my taxes right. She’s trustworthy, experienced, and has the intentions to help people because that’s why she’s working this job. I find that incredibly sincere and admirable, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else for questions and help with finances and taxes.
I've never had issues with other HR Blocks. This is the first time I've needed a Block Advisor for business purposes, so I was a new customer at this particular location. The most polite way for me to express this: if you are part of the LGBTQ+ community, do not go here. It is not safe. My fianceé and I are kind, calm, and professional people.
