Since January 26, 2026, I have been waiting for Block Advisors (Henderson office) to complete my tax return. Multiple follow-ups and repeated in-person visits resulted only in empty promises that the issue would be resolved “within a few days.” No action has been taken. Meanwhile, the company continues to send frequent marketing emails while failing to deliver services to existing clients. This raises serious concerns about their professionalism and priorities. I would not recommend this office.
I have been going to James Spencer for my taxes for the past 4 years and he is thorough, kind, speedy and diligent. Highly recommend!
