Five starts to Linda for helping me with my tax issues and the advice for next year. My CPA retired and I hope to work with you for years to come. I used TurboTax and had a problem that they would never take the time to help me with. Called this office and not only did the manager meet with me outside of business hours to help but she found a tax person to also help when the office should have been closed. I wouldn't have even asked if I knew they were open on Mondays. Nonetheless, I will never try to do this again without professionals like yourself. Thank you to Laura and Linda. You now have a customer for life.
Happy with the service from the tax advisor and manager. I didn't expect anyone to help me quickly after tax season was over. The manager came from another location and met with us to get my docs and figure out what I need. Then she paired me with someone to do my mothers taxes. Couldn't ask for more. Will definitely be back
Rude office that cannot handle tax credits with an office full of "professionals". Go anywhere else. Even the corporate office is dumbfounded by this group. Eagerly awaiting Karen's reply.
