Terrible experience with them that cost me an IRS late filing fee of $1,880, which they refused to take responsibility for despite terrible lack of communication. There is no arbitration process for a complaint, and the office manage refused all responsibility, claiming I received proper notice even after I supplied evidence of the date/time stamp on the email sent to me.
