I scheduled an appointment in advance, only to be called on the day of the appointment and told it had been inadvertently scheduled with a manager who apparently doesn’t do appointments. To make matters worse, I was told there were no other available time slots. Now I’m left without an appointment with tax day right around the corner. I got a bad vibe walking into that building yesterday honestly. It seems like they're backed up in work, short-staffed, and stressed at taking on new clients. Thankfully the Hunt Valley branch was much more helpful, efficient, and appreciative of my patience
Normally I am able to complete my taxes on my own, but this year, I needed to see an advisor due to errors on my W2 as I had moved and the payroll company that my company uses didn't record it correctly. I had multiple W2-C's and felt pretty lost on how to proceed. I booked an appointment and had Nick Stewart as an advisor. Will Feuer is awesome! Will is friendly, knowledgeable and goes over the important points of your tax returns. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me recommendations on what to do for next year. I highly recommend Will and Block Advisors!
