Messed up my taxes and are not making any effort to correct them. Every call to them they give the same response, "someone will contact you in the afternoon." Has never happened. Update: went in on the 18th and showed them where I had concerns. They said they would look into it and get back to me. It is now the 21st and still no contact from them. I paid over $400 for nothing. I could have messed up my taxes for free.
A lot of things missing for deductions even though this information was given to tax preparer. Will have to file an amended tax return. Maybe it's a locational thing but seems like Tucson, AZ businesses are very unprofessional
