EDIT: Changing my review as last year (2024) I filed for the 2023 year. I did it online in late February- early March and I get a call/email in early May saying I needed to file my taxes. HUH!? I have correspondence with my tax person asking questions and I answered them accordingly- yet they did NOT FILE until MAY. I paid over $300 to have my taxes done and they were late in doing so because they said they "didn't know about xyz", yet it was discussed in the portal messaging system and I answered the question.
