Matt Clark is great to work with. I recommend Matt for tax preparation and advice. He is professional, friendly, fast, smart, and makes doing my taxes a breeze. I have utilized Matt Clark's services over the last four years, and I have been very happy with my tax prep experience and refund. I plan to continue working with Matt, as does my mother who also utilizes Matt's expertise and thinks he is "just great!"
We hired them several years ago to do our taxes.We went with them as they are supposed to be professionals. Worse experience ever and I would not recommend them.
Is Penelope still at this office? She is very good, but I have not seen her in many years and would like to. The office on Copeland Mill where I used to contact her has wonky hours and I really don’t trust anyone else.
Matthew was great. I appreciate all the help he provided. He was sympathetic to the fact that I was upset by my results and the cost of the service. He was a pleasure to work with. recommend.
I had an appointment made weeks in advance. They were supposedly open and even said so online. All the doors were locked. They did not answer their phone. I rang the only doorbell I could find and no answer. It was a complete waste of my time.
