I left my tax info with Heather, she is gone. Now Monika well I dropped them off about 3 months ago. Still not done. At this point still waiting for orig docs not copies the said were originals and weren't. As of now months have gone by today was the only time I got help from mgmt. they do not call back. The "advisors" I dealt with never call or answer their phone. Bad bad mistake. Go to a private pro. No BS. Yet to be determined when I will get my orig docs.
