If i could give no stars I. Would. I have never felt so taken advantage of as I did going to this place. I was trying to get a child tax credit my stepson is in college lives with me, doesnt work so I thought I qualified for the 2500 dollar tax credit I don't. No big deal when I was filing the price given to me with child tax credit was 495. The guy Jamie says I would get like 81 dollars. I filled my 2022 taxes with them and I paid what they specified for both state and IRS taxes. I thought everything was correctly handled. However, 2 weeks ago, I received a letter from St. Louis City stating that I hadn’t paid my city taxes and it included interests and a penalty fee. When I called the person who handled my taxes, her response was that she doesn’t memorize all the St. Louis addresses and it was all my fault. Additionally, she hung up on phone.
