It is a pleasure to work with Kathy Smith at the Lafayette Center in Manchester, MO. She is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The receptionist is also very cordial. I'll be back!! My taxes were done quickly .
Do not go to HR Block!! Very deceptive pricing on taxes then advertised online. Go to a certified CPA. Way cheaper and better service. Never going back to them again.
I originally went to an H&R Block and was audited. This was close to my house so I stopped in and asked if they could fax papers to the IRS for my audit. They assured me it was taken care of, but they never sent them. Then they lied to my tax preparer and said they had been sent. I've gotten two letters from the IRS stating otherwise.
