Came in to get my taxes prepared. This is not a judgement free zone just fyi. Ended up being asked to do everything through the portal, feeling rushed, and paying for a service that I did most of the digital work for. Wouldn’t recommend. 2 Stars only because the front desk was nice in the end. It could have been just Cindy G who was having a bad day but this was a negative experience. And I know taxes aren’t usually a walk in the park but this was like extra negative.
This is my third year with Myra Webb and I could not be happier! She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, kind and patient. She makes a stressful situation feel easy and helps ensure I don’t miss out on any optimization strategies. I also love that they automatically make an appointment for next year at the end of your appointment
