I cannot begin to explain how wonderful Dan has been. After being given an appointment for this office, on a day that they were closed, Dan saved the day in a very big way. He was there, working away, and had the unpleasant job of explaining that they were closed that day. He saw my frustration, and asked what I needed from them.
