Missed my appointment, but they fit me right in. Lisa and this staff are the best
Lisa Ferguson was absolutely terrible. Went in today elsewhere (due to a bad experience a week ago with Lisa) to have our taxes done and to our surprise, we are getting a refund instead. Not only was Lisa not putting the correct information in, her lack of communication and how to treat a customer with decency was extremely off putting. I hope that she was just having a bad day and that none of your future customers have to go through what I did.
