Cristine is hands down the best tax preparer I’ve ever worked with. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain everything so you actually understand your return. I never feel rushed or confused. She looks for every possible deduction and truly has your best interest in mind. Working with her makes tax season stress-free, and I trust her completely. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!
The level of service and follow through here is horrible. I had to contact them multiple times for status on my returns, they had software issues, and they delayed my filing multiple times. For one of my returns they had to file an extension due to their incompetence. The manager and Jim Register would say they’d call back and didn’t. They were supposed to do my wife and my taxes. They forgot to file my w2 until my bank mortgage lady asked why I had no income this year. Then Diana at block did the amended and messed that up too. My wife and I ended up getting an 1800 bill from the IRS because my return was filed so late and filed wrong. All leading to hours on the phone with the IRS and endless headaches.
