It seems like this location isn't interested in doing business. I've been trying to book an appointment for three days, but every time I call, they tell me to leave a message, promising to get back to me. Unfortunately, they never do.
ADDITION TO REVIEW - So my appointment doubled in price to $450 when they ran the scam as it was booked w the "Come to H&R & we match your fee from who did your taxes last year", instead of $250 for my taxes it's $450. Totally Trash Service from H& R Block scam in Michigan, cant be trusted, might sell your social security number. I cannot recommend Deborah Phillips enough. I had some past-due taxes, and she was incredibly supportive and consistent in resolving a difficult case. Her help was invaluable, especially given the limited contact we had since I now live abroad. A true professional, she advocated for me and never gave up. I am truly grateful.
HORRIBLE experience here!!! I felt like i was overcharged and cant get any help from anyone or a call back. I had to contact the main help line to get someone from the office to call me back. The person who called me back to help basically said “go online and look” and then hung up on me. Will not be coming back or recommending this location to anyone.
Friendly and professional staff from front to back. My advisor was exceptionally knowledgable and was able to identify credits and adjustments that worked to my advantage. I am confident in and fully trust this advisor. I will definitely return (see what I did there).
