They are thieves and steal your money. Highly don’t suggest this place. You better off learning how to do your taxes or finding an independent small buisness that don’t charge you the crazy amount of fees. Never going to them again
I didn't like my experience with them. When my husband and I got our taxes done our agent was very rude and disrespectful to us. I don't even feel like our taxes were done correctly. They didn't even take into account my husbands information. The guy kept giving us rude looks when we were trying to bring some happy. He was playing music that could put you to sleep and made it hard to heard to hear him. To top it off he answered a personal phone call right in the middle of our tax preparation. I get better customer service from the kid who pumps my gas than I ever did from Pam. Trying to get info was like pulling teeth, her fees are outrageous - What is most upsetting is I explained everything to her to begin with - about my anxiety, why it took me so long to even get to taxes, etc... and she said she understood fully what that was like.
