After filing last year with TurboTax Live Full Service, I was convinced I was going to owe a lot of money to the IRS again. I decided to file with Stefanie McWhorter at Block Advisors this year and she was AMAZING, helping me navigate all the nuances of my financial situation. I was shocked to find out I got a refund (I was convinced I would owe thousands). My drop-off appointment was awesome, with private rooms for each Block advisor and we hopped on a video call to review the results and wrap everything up.

She was even able to point out a mistake I had made previous years, filling us myself through the app, & offered to go over those years to make the correction if I being them in. She was really great with my 9 & 6 yr old & talked with them. Overall, a wonderful experience & next year we won't wait till the last minute. We will book with her again.
