Waited an hour and a half for my appointment at crosstown plaza with Renee. Never met her, never came out of her office, instead messaged the front desk lady to instruct me to leave my documents and come back the next day to sign. Next day, she calls tells me my taxes are ready, asks me to send my driver liscense info via email ( I do so ). She tells me to come in the following day, sign my paperwork and I’m good to go.
