Never have I ever, had such a horrible experience with a "Professional" The Team Lead at this Block Advisor is far from a leader. I have messaged, emailed, showed up in person, and nothing I do will get this "Team Lead" to finish my business taxes. I will never be using HR Block again, because of this horrible experience with someone who couldn't care less about me, and my business. This review would be 0 stars if It could be.
This is my second time filing my taxes here in Kansas City. The Block Advisors on Chatham Ave are the best! I got my questions answered in all ways, over the phone, via message box on their online platform and in person. They tell me the truth on what decisions to make and also my taxes always are in my account within the same week or two I file. They're so organized! You would be uncool if you didn't file here!
We have used Block Advisors for years and so far, we have been happy with the service. We trust them especially our agent. We enjoy working with Paul Barnett every year and look forward to working with Paul again.
