They have limited understanding of more complex tax structures and leave your tax returns for the very last day every year when documents are submitted by mid-February. Great service, amazing tax advisors.
I had the most horrible unprofessional experience at the 27131 Cinco Ranch Blvd Ste 200 location in Katy Texas 77494. Even there on line Customer Service person I was on the phone agreed. I had a confirmed appointment from 9:00-10:00 and the tax expert was a no show. There was no one to greet you at the receptionist desk and people were coming in not knowing what to do. Wanted to compliment Meeta Maurya at the Shops at the Spring Green location. We originally had gone to a different tax advisor at a different location to file our taxes. Once we got home, we realized that something was not right. We went back the same day to have him look at it and he said that everything was correct and already accepted by the IRS.
