DO NOT USE FOR YOUR COMPANY! They do not know anything about corporate taxes. They ruined my corporate taxes, I found out after using an actual CPA the year after. The CPA had to redo everything and file new forms, costing me more money, with the risk of penalties from IRS for incomplete filing. Desiree Oakman was unresponsive for a full year working on an amendment for me. She was responsive before I paid. But since then, she has not replied to me at all.
Extremely unhappy with my experience with HR Block. Monika is sweet, helpful, and thorough, but I am super disappointed with the company. "Transparent fees" is an extreme joke. None of the fees that I agreed to when making the appointment online were what I was actually charged during my filing. Thank you Monika for taking your time to help me understand! I would not recommend filing with HR Block as a company, but if you do, Monika is the girl for the job.
