The staff was off-putting. I went in to get my tax forms scanned and set up an appointment. Dianna, the receptionist, is very arrogant and dismissive. She called over another employee to watch me while I was at the desk waiting. Dianna helped 2 other customers before me, despite me waiting and waiting to get my stuff done. I didn't mind waiting, but she didn't tell me that she was working on another customer before finally getting to my stuff. I addressed how I felt.
