Have all my paperwork for over a month. Still hasn't filed my taxes or called with any updates. Getting my documents back so I can file myself. Terrible
I made an online appointment to get my taxes done this past weekend for 9am. When I arrived the door is locked - no biggie as there was a doorbell. A guy comes stumbling to the door barefoot, looking like he slept there and just woke up....he then tells us that he can't take us even with an appointment and he doesn't know why people keep getting scheduled there with him. He offered to take our documents and for us to come back later. We were not comfortable doing so with what just transpired. No thank you!
The direct office staff is extremely friendly and helpful, but there are no tax advisors available, and the manager doesn't seem to want to help assist with any of the clients needs or concerns.
This place has really gone downhill and is completely disorganized. The new office manager randomly closes the office during the middle of the day during peak tax season, they cancel appointments and switch your tax preparer without notifying you in advance, plus they cannot retain good employees. Phone calls are not returned and they act like they are doing you a favor by overcharging you for their lousy service. We have been trying to get an appointment to have our taxes done. No one in the Bridge Street Concord NH location answers the phone ever. We were double booked on a Monday which we booked online and finally received a call from Gabriella Sylvester and stated she would see if we could be booked with someone else. Never heard back. She ghosted us. I texted her repeatedly for several days in a row. NOTHING. . No response. Don't go to this office.
