Ann did my taxes back in 2023, even though it was overpriced I got more back than what I would have with TurboTax. Set up a date the following year. She showed up a half hour late, and apologized, she had a doctors appointment, whatever people make mistakes. Filed it again. Same thing for 2025, had an appointment scheduled a year in advance. I had a great experience with Joe Koehler. He took his time with me to figure out a very complex tax situation and was very patient when our appointment took almost 3 hours. I would have definitely finished filing with them but due to our tax situation, I have to file everything myself. I would recommend Joe to anyone looking for tax help.
Horrible experience overall. Very unprofessional. One star is too high of a rating. They deserve a zero star rating.
