Absolutely horrible. Zulima Farraro did my fiances taxes and did not want to help him write off anything. She charged $380 to help him with NOTHING. these people are extremely lazy and want to do the least amount of work possible. We now have to amend his return and our new tax specialist are shocked at how little effort these people put into doing his taxes. Absolutely horrible establishment do not come here.
My wife and I have worked with the nice folks at Block Advisors on some pretty complicated returns for three years now and I plan to keep using them in the future as well. We worked initially with Sarah before moving over to Kara and we are very pleased with the services they provide.
This place is a joke. Appointments do nothing. They will keep you waiting for a hour or more before seeing you even with appointment. Place is mismanagement and employees are slow and rude.
Ms. Hicks is really friendly, knowledgeable and will go the extra mile. You won't be disappointed.
I came to get help with my paperwork because H&R Block customer support 1-800 number said that they would be able to help me. The receptionist was very confused and said that she could not help so I called the 1-800 number back for advice. The office manager came out of her office, interrupting my call, raising her voice at me when I let the representative on the phone know that they would not help me with this.
