I came to get help with my paperwork because H&R Block customer support 1-800 number said that they would be able to help me. The receptionist was very confused and said that she could not help so I called the 1-800 number back for advice. The office manager came out of her office, interrupting my call, raising her voice at me when I let the representative on the phone know that they would not help me with this. We finally found our tax prep home! We didn't wait five months, or four, or one week! Every year for the past seven years our taxes, although turned in on time in April, we're pushed back until October by every tax prep place we went! Tanya did them in one day. I still am pinching myself! We will never go elsewhere!!!
Too too expensive! $500 for my simple taxes with no owned home, no own business or any complications! That's insane! My tax preparer Tanya is very nice, professional and patient to walk me over my taxes and even she thought this is too high. I'm not being cheap but I'll do it myself going forward with an easy tax software. Update: I got a call from the management same day as I wrote the review. This shows Block Advisors care about the reviews and customer satisfaction.
