Sandra Vega is incredible. 20+ years of experience. Extremely thorough. Explained everything. Was able to provide us with different options regarding our complex tax situation. Horrible people and horrible services. Will never use again. Yvonne Mendoza is a disgrace and the most unprofessional person I've ever worked with.
I've made recent calls, an appointment, and arrived at the location only for it to be closed every time. I called the customer service line and they said it should be open. Not sure what's currently going on with this branch location.
