Extremely frustrating experience, filing my taxes here, and then calling back with a very basic question and the receptionist telling me that the person who filed my taxes would call me back and they never did. The next time I tried to call I got a generalized scheduler from H&R Block, who said I had to schedule a two hour window to talk to somebody days later about my already filed taxes. At first I was very upset because my apt got rescheduled twice. But I went in today and Michael is amazing and very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me… Thank you so much Michael and I’ll be sending my sister your way 🥰
H&R Block Advisors at the Bengal Blvd. Location are terrific! Jonelle, Jaqueline, Morgan, Raymond and two other gentlemen recently assisted me in filing Trust Taxes for my late mother’s estate. I had gone to another location, by appointment, only to learn they did not do Trust Taxes there. I called this office and Jonelle (I know I have her name wrong, but she knows) found an Advisor to fit me in same-day. Trust taxes are due in March, not April, so I was already behind the eight ball. I have had a terrible experience for the last two years with this location. I reach out asking for a letter which when I filed my taxes other places I never needed and I never get a response from Jacqueline. They get payment and don’t care about anything else. I was told she would look into it for over three weeks. I called asking for a supervisor and never got a call back. Do not go through them.
