I went in here on 2/10/26 to get my small business taxes taken care of. I was told they'd be done in 3-4 days once I brought in some additional paperwork which I did the very next day. I didn't hear anything from them for a few days so followed up with a call to see if they needed any further paperwork or needed me to answer any questions. I got no response. I have been going to Block Advisors for years. They do a great job. I have worked with Ray for 15 years. I highly recommend Block Advisors and especially Ray.
Service was great and it took only a 40mins
Extremely frustrating experience, filing my taxes here, and then calling back with a very basic question and the receptionist telling me that the person who filed my taxes would call me back and they never did. The next time I tried to call I got a generalized scheduler from H&R Block, who said I had to schedule a two hour window to talk to somebody days later about my already filed taxes. To have H&R Block file your taxes is not cheap and to me it doesn’t really seem worth it if you can’t even talk to anyone or ask a basic ... read more
