I have had a terrible experience for the last two years with this location. I reach out asking for a letter which when I filed my taxes other places I never needed and I never get a response from Jacqueline. They get payment and don’t care about anything else. I was told she would look into it for over three weeks. I called asking for a supervisor and never got a call back. Do not go through them.
Charles (CJ) was amazing to work with. He helped me better understand how the whole tax system works. He made the entire process easy and took care of all the details for me. He even helped set me up for a better returns moving forward. Highly recommend using Charles!

I have reached out several times to my tax preparer regarding a letter from irs and no response. I call and leave messages with reception for her to call me and never hear back. I even asked for a supervisor to call me and nothing. I will never use them for my taxes again or refer them. She messed up my taxes because now they need more information and she has not responded or called me back.
I had a great experiment this 2023 tax season working with Raymond Iorg to complete my small business and personal taxes. I was able to sit down with him once for my business and once for my personal taxes and each time he explained everything in detail to me. I have worked with H&R Block for several years, but this is the first year that an advisor really took the time to explain each step of the process to get our final numbers.
