Honestly, I would give negative stars. My business partner insisted on using this company because of a specific tax person who works there...even though he did not complete the taxes properly last year which cost us an additional $10,000. Regardless, this tax person did the corporate taxes, and my former business partner's taxes, and completely ghosted me, yet placed an extension without my knowledge.
