0 stars. This place is garbage. Only this location too. I never have a problem with any other stores but champlin and I've been going to H&R for over a decade It says they open at 10 am but ive been sitting here for almost 20 mins now and no one is showing up. Seems professional.
Booked an appointment online. Showed up 5 minutes early only to find out they were closed.
Horrible experience. Went in mid-March to have my taxes prepped, along with both of my kids, who are independent contractors. Hate dealing with theirs so the whole reason for going to HR was for my kids' returns. I was told they could do mine and each of my kids for $59 each. Got my returns done late March and followed up on my kids'. Finally got an ALL CAPS response telling me that they would be done that day. Waited until April 9, 2024 to follow up and got no response.
