I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience with Edward Aliyeh and the retail manager Marion Tine at H&R Block was so frustrating that I felt compelled to warn others. H&R Block emailed a random email address that was not the one I gave them and then tried to blame me for not responding in time. Then, they tried to have me pay the penalty to the IRS. My "Tax Professional" Edward Aliyeh attempted to have me pay the IRS $1700 more then I was supposed to pay. (I included a screenshot where he told me I had to pay 1900 more... read more
This place is a ripoff to do your taxes. I got a quote for almost $500 with the documents I had in hand. I went down the road and they did it for $150 flat.
Helen was very helpful and the service was excellent!
Mr. Vishal Jain helped me file my business' and personal tax in a timely manner. He was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!
These people are awful! My husband and I will never use them again! We are still waiting for out 2023 return! Our guy had our check sent to our old address twice! INEXCUSABLE!! we were told things were fixed a d we would have our check in 2 weeks. That was a couple of months ago!
