Ms. Alicia Zito is always the best have been with her for years and plan on staying even though I no longer live in the area
The worst and most unprofessional customer service ever. My taxes are due in a day and that rude tax peeper “Alicia” completely dropped the ball and has gone into hiding. I’m going to file a complaint to corporate and file an investigation with BBB. Completely unacceptable!!!
