H&R Block was closed when I arrived for my 10am appointment today with Dulce Monzon Villatoro. Despite, the auto-generated response, the office was not even open. This was after I took time off from work, drive here, and paid for parking. Very unprofessional!
I came in here to talk to a tax advisor, who was condescending, rude, and I was surprised that she just started the meeting by assuming that I did everything wrong with my own business taxes. Why make assumptions like that without even letting me speak first? And the lack of knowledge is also alarming, with questions like “so what does this ‘Square’ do?” I walked out after 10 minutes because I cant trust my business with someone like this. And apparently this is a Master Tax Expert too…
