I mostly write positive reviews for service providers (please see my other reviews to verify this). Service has to be extremely bad for me to take the time to write a negative review, but with this office, the service was so horrible that I am compelled to warn people. This was by far the worst service I have experienced with any service provider in any category (and I have Comcast, so you know there is competition) James did not call during an appointment I had booked a week in advance. We feel like we are always in Good hands with Tax Professional Cathy Anderson. She takes her time, is very thorough and answers any questions we may have. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We have been going to her since 2008 and have never had any complications or audits.
