I have been using Block for years, but my best service has always been from Lalitha Weerasuriya she is fabulous and always is on top of things.
Don’t come here, the guy I had didn’t know what he was doing.I didn’t get the child tax credit for 2023…I had to go get my ssn spent 2 mins away and he already had someone else in my seat… there are two other people here and they not even lifting a finger to help…the Asian lady was very quick with me and rude cuz he’s trying to get the guy helping me to hurry and help some else…the two employees see this but still aren’t helping… will not be back.
