My tax advisor was nice. But, after both 2022 and 2023 filings, I owed more than what I was told at my appointments after we completed my documents. Wasn't accurate to what I ended up owing for both years. I, also, allegedly owed them a balance I was not expecting either which is my fault because I did not keep the receipt to back up that I already paid them for my first visit. So, I paid and moved on.
