Came in to this location to have my taxes filed. The man told me he was going to be $90 which I was reluctant on because I thought that was a little high but I agreed to pay that. I gave him all my paperwork let him file all the W-2s and everything and then he gets to the end and tells me it’s going to be $210. I told him that was ridiculous and that he told me it was going to be $90 and that I didn’t understand how it went up that much. My tax advisor was nice. But, after both 2022 and 2023 filings, I owed more than what I was told at my appointments after we completed my documents. Wasn't accurate to what I ended up owing for both years. I, also, allegedly owed them a balance I was not expecting either which is my fault because I did not keep the receipt to back up that I already paid them for my first visit. So, I paid and moved on.
